As a follow on to the Financial Peace University , Bob Fink and Dennis Horton discuss documents that they recommend everyone should have.  Bob Fink discusses a Letter of Instruction.  In the event of your death, this document would contain the information that someone would need to settle your affairs.  Dennis Horton discusses the following: Will ; Durable Power of Attorney ; Health Care Surrogate and Living Will.
